Go Fly A Kite

Last night for FHE, Jim had the wonderful idea to make a kite and go fly it since it was a little windy outside (he's so creative that way). He read us a story for the lesson called "The Ugliest Kite Ever" by Richard Torney. It was such a sweet story with a sweet message (click the title if you want to read it too). And then we went outside and flew our own kite. Dixie had a blast running around with her Daddy and it was great to just enjoy some quality time together as a family. Granted, our humble little kite never took much of a flight, but we sure had fun in the process! :)
