
So, last week we had a Relief Society Enrichment Activity where we learned all the benefits of beans... how good they are for you, how to cook them, new recipes for them, etc. I'm giving the recipes a whirl this month and will be posting them on my Nap-time Adventures blog HERE. So check it out! Some of these recipes will just leave you shocked. I already posted one recipe... I made chocolate chip cookies with beans! Oh, and if you want to read all about the health benefits, etc. you can check out our Relief Society blog HERE. (I do our ward's RS Blog, so I get the benefit of being able to just copy all that info and share it with family and friends! Deb, I need those bean recipes! We have tons of beans and not many options for making them into anything edible...

Good for you...going healthy...does my heart good:-) I think I'll give those bean cookies a try!
