Too Slow

Summer is a child who is frequently driven by her stomach. You can usually convince her to do something by offering her food as an incentive. Sometimes when I'm making dinner, if I'm taking too long or started dinner late, Summer will just go climb up into her seat to signal that she's ready to eat. She's so funny. It makes us laugh.
Well, Conference morning (Sunday), we were being pretty lazy about getting breakfast going. By the time it was cooked and ready to eat, it was nearly 10 o'clock. (I had made a breakfast casserole that takes a long time to cook... hence the late time.) Well, by the time I had the casserole on the table, Summer had apparently reached her patience max. I left the room for some reason or another (probably to go get Dixie) and when I came back, this is what I saw...

Apparently we were too slow. :)
