I love holidays! If there were no other purpose for holidays other than to get families together and do crazy, silly things, it would be well worth it. Monday we went to the pumkin patch for FHE. As it turns out, this was a first for not only Dixie, but for Jim as well! (Such a deprived little man!) :) We had a good time. We just went to a little patch that a local church had put together. We're saving the hour and a half drive to the really nice pumpkin patch for when we have kids old enough to actually appreciate it. :) And for FHE the week before, we paper mache'd some ghosts to hang out in front of our house! There's a papa ghost, and a mama ghost, and a wee baby Dixie ghost. :) And I can't wait to take Dixie trick-or-treating for her first Halloween! ...She's going to be a black cat. :) Anyway, it's like I said... I love holidays!
Happy Halloween!

Hey, there is a Packard Women's Website for the 1st and 2nd cousin Packard women and I want to be sure you received my invitation to it. We sent them out a month or so ago.
