Kitchen Limbo

As I have mentioned before, we are re-doing our kitchen. Last night Jim took out the kitchen sink and countertops because the guy who is doing our countertops comes tomorrow morning. So today we discovered the joys of having a non-functioning kitchen. We are now in what I like to call "kitchen limbo", with the guest bathroom currently serving as our kitchen. Lovely... I know. Oh the joys of remodeling. :) We've already been without the stove for the past week, so we've been doing a lot of Stouffer's dinners that I can just throw in the oven or microwave. And now we're using paper plates, cups, etc so we have to wash as few dishes as possible in the bathroom sink. :) But we are so willing to put up with this little inconvenience in order to reap the rewards of a beautiful new sink and new countertops by the end of this week! Wahoo! :)
