The Posse Returns
I just (and by "just" I mean 4 days ago... I'm becoming a Texan*) got back from Corpus Christi the other day where I spent a very enjoyable time with some of my fellow members of the Packard Posse. :) Okay... in English... I went and hung out with Shawna and Denise down in Corpus for a day. It was so much fun!... minus a few road bumps. :) I had Dixie with me, whom I love with all my heart, but it does make for less of a carefree feeling when you still have your tiny tot tied to you. And THEN I also forgot my duffle bag which had all of my clothes, Dixie's clothes, Dixie's diapers, my make-up and hair stuff, etc. MAJOR road bump. I was so stressed about that! Luckily I was at Nans house and she and De and Gav just picked me right up off the floor and took care of all my needs. (THANKS YOU GUYS!) So with the stress averted, we girls had a blast staying up way too late (for me anyway) and chatting away and laughing our heads off and just enjoying our time together. It's been a long time since we've been able to just relax and enjoy time together like that. Bonus points to Chad for sending De out here and taking care of the kids so she could have a nice break (and to Gavin for taking the boys off of Shawna's hands so she was free to play as well!) I tell ya... we've married the best guys in the world. We're so lucky. :) So anyway... in memory of the Posse... here's to Gansta, Cleveland, and Orange... Livin' it up. :) Love ya ladies!

It was MORE than fun to hang out like 'ole times!!! And what road bumps are you talking about??? We didn't noticed at all!!!! You and Dixie both looked great with or without clothes - HEE! HEE!
But seriously, it was more fun than I imagined coming out there to Texas! Maybe we can do that often - like every 5 years????!!
All hail the Fireheads and Fair Ladies~~Oh, the memories. Our posse activities are much more muted than in years past...but still as memorable. We loved having all y'all down here...you're a trooper!! There's nothing like family to make you feel like a million bucks!!
Love ya Orange
~Cleveland~
What the heck... Cleaveland, Orange??? And mom thought me and my friends were wierd. I think you guys take the cake! I'm glad that you got to go out there to spend some time with them. Nothing like family. I'm excited for you to go out to Utah to see our family. I'm super bummed I'm going to miss it but that's just life. Well, love ya tons!!!
