I am so excited about this weekend! It's a double-whammy of awesomeness! Not only is it General Conference, but it's Easter to boot! Talk about a wonderful weekend ahead.
I decided this year that I am not going to procrastinate my preparations for conference. The past couple of years I've come across some great ideas for things to do to prepare for conference, only I was reading about them like the night before or morning of conference (in other words, it was too late to do most of them). So this year, I've been doing some searching in advance so I can do some fun things for the sisters I visit teach, maybe my CTR 4 kids, but definitely so that I can do something special with my own family.
Anyhow, the point of this is that I came across an AWESOME site that has TONS of ideas for conference and wanted to share it. It's called SugarDoodle and there are links to other sites as well. There are packets to download that have activities for kids of all ages to help keep them occupied and paying attention during conference, along with other ideas for fun snacks, family things to do in advance, etc. Anyway, I hope this helps someone or anyone have a more enjoyable weekend. I know it will for me. :)
Here's a link to the General Conference page on the site: click HERE.
Enjoy!

I LOVE Sugardoodle. I used it all the time when I was in Young Women's and I go there almost every week now that we teach sunbeams. It has such good ideas and links to other pages' ideas too.
Thanks for reminding me about it too. I have it as a blog link, but I'd almost forgotten about it til you said something. Yeah for smart people who come up with these things. Always fun to see what you guys are up to.
