Dixie is such a sweet girl. The other day we were watching a show on t.v. and an infomercial came on for some sort of microdermabrasion product. After watching it for a bit, Dixie leaned over to me and said, "Mom, you don't need any makeup. You're beautiful just the way you are." *tear*
Fast forward a few hours and a few meltdowns later (yup... that's me for ya!), and I was sitting with Dixie apologizing to her for being so grumpy that day. She says to me, "That's okay, Mom. It was an accident." Ah to be as forgiving and understanding as a child. Thanks for understanding me, Dixie. :) Sure do love ya, girl!

Oh, precious Dixie Jean...I agree with you...your mom is beautiful even without makeup:-) And how grown up you are now...going to pre-school. We are so anxious to see you in a few months at Christmas time! Sending LOTS of love...Grandma
